St. Hugh School Student Government
The Student Government does a great job raising money for charity. Money has been raised for St. Ann’s Infant and Maternity Home, Catholic Charities, and St. Hugh's church pantry. They raffle tickets for Thanksgiving and Christmas basketsand they assist the school by arranging assemblies, helping with Catholic Schools Week, and planning for their field trip to the Supreme Court. The Sixth Grade Girls' Group is also raising money for The Heifer Program
St. Hugh School Advisory Board

The School Advisory Board meets on the first Tuesday of every month. The functions of the board are: short and long term planning, policy development, finance, public relations / marketing oversight, development / fundraising, evaluation of the overall programs of the school. The Board is continually seeking expertise in various areas for service on standing committees:
Catholic Identity, Program and Policy Development, Finance, Physical Plant, Fundraising and Development, and Public Relations and Marketing. Please contact Mr. Serra if you feel you can help St. Hugh School with any of these areas.
Home and School Association (HSA)

The HSA is another active part of the St. Hugh’s School community. We have open monthly meetings and a variety of committees all focused on parent-school communication, activities for the students, increasing school enrollment, and fundraising. If you want to help the school, we can help you connect with other parents, teachers, and staff who enjoy being involved and making St. Hugh’s School better for everyone.
St. Hugh Parish Catholic Youth Organization (CYO)

CYO aims to provide a sports program to encourage teamwork; inspire confidence and responsibility; and promote fitness in the lifestyle of the children, while allowing them to grow in their relationship with God and to better understand themselves and the Catholic Faith. CYO offers the following opportunities:

|St. Hugh's Youth

|The St. Hugh's Youth (SHY) group meets weekly during the school year on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the St. Hugh's School Gym. All youth in grades 8-12
|| are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings. Special events throughout the year include a Haunted House, an all-night Awake-a-thon, a Dodgeball tournament, and a trip to Steubenville, Ohio for a Summer Youth Conference with thousands of other teens. Youth also participate in service projects such as raking leaves for members of the parish who have difficulty doing so themselves.
